1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer two flexible shipping options across Pakistan:

• Prepaid Orders (FREE Shipping): Pay via Bank Transfer or Online Payment to enjoy 100% Free Delivery to any city.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): For your convenience, we offer COD for a nominal service fee of Rs. 250, which will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your package using the link provided in your confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

4. Damaged Items
If your watch arrives damaged, please Contact Us immediately with a photo of the package. We will resolve the issue as a priority.
