Return & Exchange Policy

At Wrist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. The 15-Day Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After 15 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Condition & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in the exact condition in which you received it. This means:

• Unworn & Unaltered: The watch must be unworn, with no scratches, scuffs, or signs of use. If the watch has been resized or links have been removed, it is no longer eligible for return.
• Original Tags & Packaging: All original tags, protective plastic films, and manuals must be attached and included.
• Undamaged Box: The original branded watch box must be returned in undamaged condition. We recommend shipping the watch box inside a secondary protective shipping carton to ensure it arrives safely.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that watches that show any sign of wear or damage to the packaging will be sent back to the customer, and a refund will not be issued.

4. Shipping Costs & Pricing

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
• Insurance: Because watches are high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Wrist is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
• Original Shipping Fees: Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
• Timeline: Please allow 3 – 5 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.
